Balloon Base provides software for balloon decorators and event businesses. For account holders, we act as the data controller for account, billing, support, and product usage data. For client details entered into forms, quotes, contacts, and bookings by a business owner, that business owner is usually the controller and Balloon Base acts as a processor.

We may collect account details, business details, contact details, login/session information, subscription and payment status, quotes, contacts, form submissions, booking details, support messages, usage data, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and audit logs.

We use data to provide the app, save quotes and forms, send system emails, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails may be sent through Resend. Hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf under their own security and data processing terms.

We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Users can request deletion or export of their account data by contacting support.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
