You must use Balloon Base lawfully and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, quotes, taxes, booking details, client communications, and any content you upload or send through the app.

Balloon Base may offer a 3-day free trial. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices, limits, and included features may change with notice. Access can be limited if payment fails, the trial ends, or the account is misused.

Balloon Base is business software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. You should check important documents, taxes, and client contracts yourself or with a professional adviser.

We aim to keep Balloon Base reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, pause, remove, or change features where needed for security, compliance, or product quality.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Balloon Base is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost bookings, data entered incorrectly by users, third-party service failures, or decisions made from estimates generated by the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create security risk, misuse customer data, or harm the platform. Users can cancel their account or subscription from billing or by contacting support.
